Prosperity Automated System(PAS)

SHUT DOWN BY THE SEC

It was a high-program with a pseudo-product with varying price levels. I bought a membership and a "business" for $4,895.00 and had to pass up one premier level sales as part of the 1-up system.  The program touted its calling center and the self-replicating website they give you as the product you're buying.  These are things almost all affilaite programs give you automatically, for FREE!  They claimed they would do all the work for you, no prospecting, no selling, nothing except sitting back and cashing checks. This isn't a really unique selling proposition, but it was their main selling point.

Pros and Cons:  There were plenty of people making tons of money selling these memberships ( Imean, products). The 2-up system could be a very powerful income stream, you could also promote 6 other products on the main website.  No real product, and its extremely hard to sell products/memberships that cost $4,895.00.  They got shut down by the SEC because there was no real product being sold.  Since it was a hands off product supposed to make you money, it could be considered an investment so the SEC got PAS for selling unlicensed securities.

Recommended?  No.   They are currently shut down by the SEC, and I doubt you could join them if you wanted to

Disclaimer:  I was a premier level member of Prosperity Automated Systems for 4 months before they were forced by the SEC to shut down their sites.  I spent $2,00.00 on their adpacks which never got me a sale.
