This of course is trua and many companies have made a fortune marketing to the Boomers. What will we do when they are all dead? A typical MLM pay structure. Earn from 10-40% as a Bio Marketing Manager. Make the difference between the cap of 40% and your referrals commission level ie: if you referral is making 20% you make and additional 20% on their efforts. Also their are infinity bonuses, quick start bonuses and all the other bells and whistles you would expect with an MLM pay structure. Nutritional Supplements can be very lucractive and this company looks to be respectable and well put together.
