This site looks professional and is not full of overblown hype. However, the FAQ page is empty. Perhaps no one has any questions about the program. There is a list of all the tools you'll have access to. One would hope it would be current. Some of the tools are useful, others not so much. For example, there is an extensive list of cooking recipes. If you were running a website to sell machines and tools, I don't know how much use you would have for the recipe files.

Recommended?   Most of this stuff can be found for free elsewhere. The empty FAQ page throws up a signal that the site is either incomplete or not well tended. If the admin can't take enough time to complete the webpages, what kind of customer service could you expect?
