Pros and Cons -   PRO Fairly new to the manual surf programs, LinkCrews already boasts almost 12000 members as of January 2007. The site has already received a ""facelift"" of sorts and is easier to navigate than when it was first launched. Referred to as an ""advertising network"", they offer quality traffic to your particular sites by allowing you to write your own campaign ads that others will see and choose to click on. The concept is not new, as others like Traffic Swarm have this already, but it is still very effective. There is only a 10 second timer between views and you are required to click on the highest of four numbers presented to you in order to continue on to the next selection of campaign ads. Similar to TS25, you are ranked by how much you surf and get placed into ""crews"" accordingly. As you progress up the ranks, you earn more tokens per site view and also get the chance to win part of the weekly jackpot if you get into the top 20 ""crews"". You earn tokens instead of credits and are able to cash tokens in for views of your site on the network. Many bonuses are scattered along the way in the form of special LinkCrews campaign ads, so as to insure that those who actually pay attention are rewarded for their surfing efforts. Upgrade memberships are available. CON A minor one. 4 tokens = 1 site view, so you need to be active and surf regularly to keep your ranking up. But as they say, ""Equal pay for equal work.""
