Pros and Cons -   Choice Safelist is a safelist that you pay to use with the people giving you support. They still send your safelist through their rotator giving you more people. You determine the formatting of the site, how to charge for ads, how many times they can send out emails for the level they are on. Everything is in the administrators hands. You can email your ads or promote your sites to your people, determining who you want to send it too. You are also welcome to promote your own safelist. I have seen the numbers growing since taking over so this is an up and coming site. The only negative I have found is when you wish to email your downline you might find the server busy and have to come back to do it.

Recommended?   Yes. This is a good site to build a working site with people that need to send out their emails to others. If you help them by upgrading they will be able to use it more often. It is also a place that you can sell ads to be seen on the front page for a small fee.
