Supposedly each program sends to a total of one million prospective buyers and the admin claims each program is reloaded every month.  The blasters are shown on the website and are clickable links. But once you go to each blaster, you see it’s just a dummy page. A little more digging shows all the blasters to be up for sale.

 Recommended?  Keep your money. Blasters do not do what they claim to do. You'll never see any of your ads or see any results from using this as an advertising too.
